The development will be managed through a management company providing the required services on the common areas and its general up-keep. The area will be fenced with secure fencing and the management company will provide 24-hour security service against. The residents are required to pay a small fee towards the upkeep, just to cover the cost. Given the high volume of units, the management that can be allocated to each unit will be very small in comparison to the significant value it creates for the development.
